BactoFlor® is a brand of Intercell Pharma and has been synonymous with microbiological preparations since 1999. BactoFlor® was thus one of the first product groups to implement the combinations of several complementary microcultures based on lactobacilli and bifidobacteria (the multi-species concept).
A highly committed team develops study-based and particularly high-quality probiotics, which meet the highest technical standards, with its in-house production facilities and high manufacturing depth as well as its own scientific department.
Intercell Pharma itself is an owner-managed family business focused on dietary and biological products. In addition to the main area of probiotics, Intercell Pharma develops and produces a wide range of dietary medicinal products based on clinical trials.
They are based on natural active substances, which range from amino acids, fibre, botanicals, enzymes, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids as well as vitamins and vitaminoids. Intercell currently operates two production sites in Bavaria and boasts a state-of-the-art fluid bed system that can coat sensitive active substances, such as microcultures, to stabilise them and preserve their activity.
