BactoFlor^® omni is the broad-spectrum microbiotic from Intercell Pharma's BactoFlor^® portfolio – the most comprehensive microculture formula in the range, designed on the model of the natural species diversity of the human gut microbiome. The Latin term omnis means "all" and underlines the concept of uniting a large number of important species and genera of microbiotic microcultures as a broad-spectrum profile in a single product.

Each capsule contains 75 complementary microcultures from 30 central species of microorganisms that belong to the natural gut flora. The spectrum comprises not only the main genera Lactobacillus (with species such as L. acidophilus, L. casei and L. rhamnosus) and Bifidobacterium (with species such as B. longum, B. bifidum and B. breve), but also further families of microorganisms: Bacillus subtilis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactococcus lactis, Enterococcus faecium, Propionibacterium freudenreichii and the yeast Saccharomyces boulardii. In addition, the formula also contains inactive microcultures, which in science are referred to as postbiotics.

With 30 billion colony-forming units (CFU) per capsule, BactoFlor^® omni offers a particularly high concentration of microcultures per capsule. As with all BactoFlor^® products, this is the guaranteed viable cell count until the end of the shelf life, made possible by the high-quality microencapsulation process and the high-barrier protective blister.

The microcultures are complemented by 50 mg of inulin per capsule – a natural dietary fibre from the root of the chicory plant that serves as a nutrient for the bacteria residing in the large intestine.

Storage advice

Please store in a cool place (for example in the refrigerator), not above 25 °C, dry and out of the reach of young children. Thanks to the microencapsulation process and the high-barrier protective blister, the declared viable cell count of 30 billion CFU per capsule is maintained until the end of the shelf life.

BactoFlor^® omni is manufactured in Germany. Intercell Pharma is certified to the international standards FSSC 22000 (food safety) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) by the testing institute SGS.

Additional quality assurance is provided through individual weighing: every single BactoFlor^® omni capsule is checked separately for its weight and is subject to strict tolerances (± 5 %). This ensures that each capsule contains a constant and exact quantity of microcultures.
