BactoFlor® omni contains 75 strains from 30 bacterial species and is modeled after the natural diversity of the gut microbiome. These come from 7 parent families of bacteria, 9 of them colonised genera with 30 different species, which complement each other with their unique properties.
BactoFlor®omni thus uniquely replicates the microbiotic network and the high diversity of beneficial microorganisms in the gut, combining representatives of diverse, interconnected microbial groups as well as key bioactive lactic acid species. These reach all regions of the gastrointestinal tract with the physiological microcultures typical of this habitat - a true ‘omni’ combination (in Latin omnis = ‘everything’).
