BactoFlor® 10/20 contains ten central and highly active key strains, representing the four most important genera of lactic acid bacteria. Highly concentrated at 20 billion CFU per single capsule. BactoFlor® 10/20 is suitable for an increased demand for microcultures and, due to the high concentration, also allows for effective short-term use.
BactoFlor® 10/20 is designed to meet these needs and provides the gut flora with microcultures quickly and effectively—even while traveling.
It is usually recommended to take the supplement for 2 to 3 months to establish new bacterial cultures in the intestine. However, in periods of acute or increased demand, the microcultures delivered need to develop their effects rapidly. Studies have shown that a high concentration of 20-40 billion CFU is particularly effective in this case. Some groups of people also need higher amounts of microcultures over an extended period.
